Brief Description:  Lighting, flap, aileron, AOA and brake system work

My brother Bernie was able to take a Friday off work so we headed to Stoney Creek Airport together. At the end of my last work session I had started the right navigation and strobe light wiring hook up but had not been able to finish because my wire identification labels were not close enough to the ends of the wire to read so we started todays work session using a meter and circuit tester to identify each wire in the circuit then attach new wire labels and finally complete the connector pin out. The functional test was Ok. Next we decided to install the ailerons and flaps. Following this we tested and completed the installation of the AOA/stall warning system by sucking and blowing into the pressure and static ports for the pitot and static system and the wing pressure ports on the wing upper and lower skins. The Advanced Flight Systems displays both showed an increase in airspeed and in synchronous with each other and the AOA/stall indicator warning light bar illuminated first green, then amber and finally red. Another small job that had not been carried out yet either was hooking up the BNC connectos of the fuel quantity indicating system to the fuel tanks, so we hook those up. To finish for the day we installed the brake system lines that I had removed for the fuselage transportation to the airport and serviced the brake system with brake fluid.
